Are swittens mittens 100% wool?
The sweaters used in our mittens are 80% to 100% wool. They are lined with polyester no-pill fleece.
Are swittens other products 100% wool?
Ear warmers are also 80% to 100% wool and lined with polyester micro-fleece. Infinity scarves are 100% cashmere and/or 100% merino wool. All very soft to the touch.
How do I care for my Swittens?
All products are labeled "Hand wash, lay flat to dry." The sweaters from which they come have been machined washed and dried prior to construction.
Do you do custom work?
We are able to do some custom work during the months of February through October. We can turn an old, cherished or shrunken wool sweater into a pair of mittens and more. Contact us for details and pricing.

How long will it take to ship my order?
Swittens uses USPS Priority Mail for delivery of all of our products to our valued customers. Please allow 1-2 days for us to process your order. Once your order is processed, shipping averages 1-3 business days depending on your location.
How can I track my order?
Once you order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email that will include a USPS tracking number. You may then enter that tracking information into the USPS Tracking website which will provide you with detailed shipping information.
How do you ship your orders?
Swittens uses USPS Priority Flat Rate shipping for delivery of all of our products to our valued customers.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not yet! At this time Swittens will ship only to destinations within the 50 United States.
Can I change my order after it has been placed?
Order changes and cancellations can usually be made within 24 hours of placing your order. Once your item(s) have shipped we can no longer make changes to your order.
What is your return policy?
We want you to be happy with your Swittens purchase! We will accept requests for refunds or exchanges within 30 days of your purchase. Eligible returns must not have been worn or washed. Because each item is unique, there are no duplicates, so when exchanging, please indicate the color family you prefer and size, if appropriate. We will do our best to meet your needs!
